I received my Master's degree in Counseling from George Fox University in Portland, OR, and a Bachelor’s degree from Vanguard University in Southern California. My training has been in both individual and couples counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Oregon. and State of Washington. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. Some of my areas of focus include, but are not limited to: adolescents, marriage and family issues, relationships, self-esteem, women’s issues, life transition, depression, anxiety, trust issues, PTSD, grief and Faith/Spirituality issues. I am also certified to administer the Prepare and Enrich assessment. My background is in church ministry where I worked with children and families as a licensed minister for seven years.
I started my private practice journey in August of 2009 in Tigard, Oregon. In January 2011 I joined Christian Counseling Centers of OR and WA as an associate counselor, and served with them for 11 years. In 2022, I moved to Washington and opened up an office in the charming town of Lynden, WA. I love counseling and I enjoy the opportunity to integrate psychology and faith in my work to see people find wholeness and redemption in their lives.
Originally from Southern California, I enjoy living in the Northwest and exploring its beauty. I enjoy being a wife, mom and spending quality time with my family and our fun-loving basset hound companion.
